4 weeks to go until the London elections

4 weeks from today - on Thursday 2 May - Londoners go to the polls to elect a Mayor of London and 25 London Assembly Members. [1]

Greater London Returning Officer (GLRO), Mary Harpley said:
"This election will be different due to the requirement of photographic ID and changes to the way we vote for Mayor.  Much planning has gone into ensuring that these new rules have been communicated to Londoners.
